villager believes that our employees are our greatest asset, we will not compromise their safety. Villager feels obligated to provide its employees with a safe working environment, thus it has created a comprehensive safety program to meet that obligation.
Villager has integrated good, safe working habits into every aspect of its operations. This is achieved by reaching above and beyond what is required by law. Every monday morning, the foreman of a job site holds a brief safety meeting what we call "Toolbox Safety". Crew listen to an updated safety write up, ask questions, and sign an acknowledgment form. There is also an annually held safety meeting required by the company. Accidents from the past year are discussed and used as a learning tool to prevent further incidents. Numerous guest speakers are also invited for training and talk. These annual meetings are recorded onto DVD & VHS so that new employees can view. Adhering to the following basic principles, Villager strives for excellence in safety.
